“I wish I had read reviews before using this company. All the negative concerns you are reading are happening to me. Don't be fooled by their false information. I ordered on Nov. 29th with the understanding that my shoes would arrive by Dec. 5 - 9 and it's now Dec. 15 with no reliable tracking or means to contact them, including no response on Chat. I also read a statement on tracking that says "most shipments take about 26 days" ...WTF!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“If your in the US they consider your package delivered when it arrives at customs not your house so all tracking stops. They claim to ship within 48 hours but it was a week after payment before they shipped. A week late and still haven't received package. All i know is it's in the country and you can't actually seem to get ahold of them in any way. I hope i actually get what i ordered either way i have no plans to order from them again.”

I bought my items and they have been “stuck” In Canadian customs for a month and a half. I’ve tried a couple of times to contact the company and nobody got back to me.
Basically this is just the biggest scam company there is.

“There is a good reason you are seeing all 1 star reviews with every review of runnerinn on this website. This company is a sham. 4 weeks ago I ordered a size 10.5US of Asics running shoes. I noticed immediately that they had a size 11US (44.5 EU) on the order receipt that they sent me. I contacted them and asked them to confirm that it was in fact a size 10.5US and not an 11US that they were sending. Then they tell me that the size I ordered was not in stock. THEN DON'T ADVERTISE AND SELL SOMETHING YOU CAN'T FULFILL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! So they asked me if I would like them to send me the size 11 instead and I asked them to give me a few days to think about it and I would get back to them. Then the next day I received an auto message from them telling me that my order had been shipped out. After 3 weeks I have still not received the package and the tracking stopped at November 21st. My order was placed on November 16th. I am in Canada and I frequently receive merchandise from China within 7 days of ordering. This company says they are in the Netherlands and that it can take up to 15 days just to ship to my country. In the meantime I have been forced to buy another pair of running shoes since these ones on order have been taking so long to arrive... if they arrive! My mistake for not looking up reviews on this company before ordering. The website looked professional so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake and never again!”

I've never before written such a negative review - but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.
I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges (not unusual), but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office.
Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered (they've said on several dates) and they won't provide proof. They now say that the period to make a claim / complaint has expired so they can't help me - despite contact almost every day.
So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn (or TradInn or whoever they are) - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping (stealing) the money and won't even reply to emails.
AVOID this company at all costs.”
“Shoes did not fit, and upon returning them, I find out it will cost $46 to return them to Spain. There is no mention of the customer paying for return shipping in their return policy. It only says quick and easy returns. Also, customer service was rude. I will not purchase from this company again.”

When I enquired if they had received it they didn't respond. Yesterday I enquired on my refund and they declined outright saying it's been too long and no refund will be issued. “I have been running for 15 years and I have been washing trainers in the washing machine for the last 15 years. For the first time in my life, I bought running shoes and the running shoes lost a fragment of the sole after outdoor care wash. When I asked for a return, they sent me the link to their policy which excludes pretty much everything under "external influences". I would not be surprised if running is on the list of prohibited factors!! Clearly, there was a defect in the material and they rejected it! Very bad selling practice. They attract you by lower prices, but once you pay they don't care about you. Strongly avoid this shop, no after-sale care!”

Their playbook is very consistent (read reviews below ) and was the same with me. I ordered a running shoes to Norway and then they wrote wrong and incomplete information so that it doesn't pass custom. The package was stuck for 2+ weeks with custom and when i contacted them they just kept saying we will come back to you in few days! I went ahead and contacted the shipping company who said that Runnerinn didn't include enough information so the package didn't pass custom and was returned to them.
I contacted Runnerinn asking for a refund and no word from them.
What happened with me is exactly the same playbook as in many of the reviews below . Many customers suffered from this: package returned cause of mistake made by runnerinn and then good luck getting back your money!

Since then, I just correspond with the e-shop and they demand more and more photos, but they don't solve anything. They just threaten me in every message that if I don't send the photos on time, they will reject my complaint. Now they want photos of the packaged package for me. How do I give them to them when I've unpacked it ?!
