I spoke to Andy over the phone and told him about the lone peak 7 I was looking for and although he didn't have my size suggested I come to the shop to see if another size might fit. Andy welcomed me into the shop and offered me a coffee and suggested I try on the women's version of the shoe in my regular size 7 which turned out to be a bit small so Andy ordered me the men's version a half size bigger.
