Please accept my apologies, your order had been held for the weekend until out stock manager came in the next day to see if the product could be found but unfortunately your order was despatched in error at that point on the Royal Mail system, we did then contact you straight away with the bad news. “Ordered a running light...sent the wrong product (a £20 cheaper product). Emailed straight away to sort it out. No response, so called 4 days later.
Andy, was exceptionally unhelpful - asked me to send it back so they could work out what had gone on. He eventually found my email after insinuating I'd not sent one. No apology.
I asked if they could put the correct one in the post whole the incorrect was been returned, or refund the £20 difference...he said he couldn't as I might be trying to defraud them.
The alleged benefit of small local businesses is allegedly service - sadly this isn't my experience at run northwest.”

Although your first email went into our junk, my team normally check in here most days and I am very sorry it took your call to our store today to alert us to your email.
Now that I have been in touch, since your call to my colleague Andy, I am pleased to have sent you a partial refund as compensation for sending the incorrect item, mistakes do happen and we are normally able to resolve these straight away, please accept my apologies that we didn't fully understand and resolve your issue when you called today.

“Courier not specified on site, it's Royal Mail.I'd never buy from a site specifying Royal Mail, they are useless. Furthermore they specified signature required, I would neve4 buy from a site requiring this. Every other courier has an option to leave in safe place, but not this courier, or no5bthis instruction. I waited 4 hours yesterday for them, they neve4 turned up. Track8ng jus5 said on its way. Today it says on its way. Total shambles. I can't wait in permanently for parcels. I'll never buy from this business again. And who knows if pa4cel will ever come!”

I am so sorry that Royal Mail didn't deliver your order under the next business day (track 24) we despatched them with.
I am happy to see by the tracking they did get delivered to you today which is within our two business days delivery promise.
We do state in our delivery section that all parcels are sent tracked and sign for by Royal Mail and we are sending all parcels as track 24 currently as a free added incentive to you, our valued customers. We have tried other couriers but in our experience RM have the highest success and accuracy rate.
We pay an additional fee for the sign for facility as we feel it is in the best interests of our customers, if you had missed the parcel you would have then had the option to collect from your local depot or ask for a redelivery, minimising the chances of a parcel going missing.
