“The service from Run North West is impeccable! I highly recommend and will be purchasing all my trainers from them in future. Communication was excellent. Trainers arrived at my doorstep, well packaged, almost before I’d ordered them… ha ha..well within 2 days… but it felt like that. To my surprise I received an email to tell me they would be delivered on a Sunday, which was New Year’s Eve, so hadn’t expected them until the following Tuesday. This meant I could get out for a New Year’s Day run and really start the year as I mean to go on! The trainers were perfect, exactly as described, and for a great price, better than I’d found anywhere else online. They even wrote a personalised thank you note and added some love hearts in the box! Lovely touch!
