“All in all a great experience! The website was easy to use. I was kept informed about the progress of my order and it was delivered on time. There are however three extra things that made it a great experience, firstly it was neatly packed (not just stuffed in a bag which seems to be the norm nowadays); secondly was the hand-written note thanking me for my order and finally the discovery of a small packet of sweets in my shoe box! This is a business who really cares about its customers - the devil is in the detail as they say and Run North West got it 100% right!”
