I was amazed at how quickly the order had been picked and dispatched, and I received my parcel on Christmas Eve via Royal Mail. Notifications were really helpful, and living in a fairly rural area I like to avoid the multi drop couriers for delivery as a high % of parcels disappear - RM get it right so it helps me to decide who to buy from. My top was lovely, and included was a hand-written note, some love heart sweets and a discount code. Absolutely the best service you could hope for.”
