“I asked them to do the EICR, got a bill of £1043 for remedial ! What is the basis of over a thousand pounds just for adding adiditinal switches etc?”

“The best and the most committed service provider to their client and task. I happen to have a very difficult tenant who was hell bent on obstructing access, keeping the house without EPC, so, he could have some dirt on me and get me into trouble with the local authorities and the law. Safe2 was recommended to me by NRLA. I explained to them ma situation, and for just around less than £70 they worked a miracle that has solved my problem. They negotiated with the tenant from hell, were very resilient and patient. They Emailed the tenant few times, giving him options of dates and times available for the test to be carried out. One morning, I opened my Email, only to find that Safe2 sent an Email to inform me that they have been at the property, did their testing, and registered the property in Gov.uk, as a D band, energy efficiency wise. Truly, they made my day, and I will stick with them for my next EPC testing. Truly happy. THANK YOU Safe2.”

“I had to get an EPC cert for my rental and The day before the appointment I tested positive for Covid. Becky was really understanding and moved the appointment and reorganised it all. The gentleman that did the EPC arrived on time and provided the certificate swiftly. Will use the service again for electrical certs next. Thank you”

“I paid nearly £1000 deposit last year for electrical safety work and I have not heard from the company since. I have chased them to either do the work or give me a refund, but no response. I am just on with reporting to Open Rent who referred them to complain also.”

“Three cancelled EICR appointments over 2 months. Still haven't managed to get the electrical test done. Don't return calls, it is always me that has to call them back. Hopefully the engineer will turn up for the fourth appointment and complete the EICR. Will never use this company again and I suggest no one else does.”

“I thought that your company were very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend you. I appreciated the information given to me, as it was the first time that I’d had to sort such matters as a gas certificate, and the help was reassuring and informative. I had a few queries and the customer service team were excellent - really friendly and dealt with issues quickly. The engineer was also very friendly and, when there was an issue with the boiler after the service, he was quick to get in touch. (…and fingers crossed it’s all been fine since!) There were a few mix ups with getting my job accepted, or, at least, me knowing that it was, and I also had to chase the copy of the certificate.. so how there is communication between all parties might be an area of concern - but that would in no way put me off of using you again as all problems were dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner. Great service.”

“We required an ECIR Inspection Report for our Investment Property so got in touch with Safe2. We were amazed by how quickly Safe2 met our Need by providing a qualified electrician that completed this report at very short notice and at a very competitive price. We felt that this was all down to the professional approach taken 'at point of initial contact' and the network of suitably qualified engineers at the disposal of Safe2. We would have no hesitation in recommending Safe2 and would definitely use this Company again.”
