The grain is ground a little courser so you don't get that powdered residue choking up the piping and the brew seems a tad stronger, more intense, so you end up using less. Much better value for money all round. S.A Wilson has less in the way of selection, however I find that a plus. Too much choice and variation makes for more confusion.
