“I learned of the benefits of coffee enemas through the Gerson therapy. Initially, I used organic, light roasted coffee. I have used SA Wilson since discovering it years ago. The price is always very competitive with standard organic coffee I find in my area. Frequently, SA Wilson is priced even better. As far as difference in using this coffee vs organic light roast, internal comfort. I can hold gold roast much easier. My colon does not spasm as it does with light roasted organic. I am able to reach the recommended 15 minute mark more consistently that with the other. I get headache relief in approx 15 minutes upon completion of the enema.
