“The student support team doesn't reply to any queries and I only got materials for 2 of the 8 modules. The only team that reply to any email was the admissions saying that they will pass my query to other team. It was a waist of time and money, I was enrolled in the level 7 executive management, they didn't have the course materials for this course, only 2 out of 8 modules. With the quality of the materials being of low standard. It looks great on the website but in actually looks like it's a scam school.”

We believe the team promptly responded to your concerns and have resolved the same to your satisfaction. At SBTL, we follow the drip-feeding method, meaning the course materials will be available in stages. As soon as a learner completes the first module and submits an assignment for the same, the material and brief for the second one will be made available. We made the first unit materials available as soon as you were enrolled with us, but we haven't received any of your assignments yet. The second module was also made available, and we notified you of the same, but there was no initiative from you to complete the assignments. If you require additional support, we are here to help you with the same by offering a few blended learning sessions. “My experience was not good… Reasons I abandon the course. Too many things distributed across too many places, and the support service were too generic considering the fact that the process was not start forward. You receive one email for A another email for another B and another for C . When you go back about an issue , you are told it is email B or the login for that is in email C. Word of advice create a playbook or a student walkthrough file for each course. In the file it takes students through each step and can get links to what they need to do at each stage from that one document. Making it easier to find links from there and to know what next to do from there.”

Dear Tunde Ajiboye, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you found it difficult to access the portal and course. We have documented every step to access the LMS and support desk, and these were shared along with your login credentials. We have also shared the assessment guidelines, enabling every learner to complete the assignment without any struggle. Several documents are uploaded to your portal, giving numerous information on plagiarism, referencing and citation, time management, assessment guidelines, assignment structure, etc. There was only one module to complete for your chosen program, and you have completed the same; we have given you two formative feedbacks on time and asked you to submit them for final summative marking. We have been waiting to hear from you since Dec 2022. You never expressed your difficulties, and had we known about the same, we would have definitely offered you a few sessions to make you understand the course. “I am an SBTL student from Dubai and just now received a scanned copy of my Level 6 Diploma certificate. This was the first online course I successfully completed. When I wished to start my online course, I had many questions about the course structure, modules, timings etc. However, SBTL team had cleared all my queries regarding the program before it started. “I have been studying for 2 years with SBL - I don't feel that I have had the support that I would have expected from a learning institution. There have been times when I really wished I had not chosen SBL. Hidden costs, changes to terms and conditions and tutors who have completely different views from the examining bodies. You feel on your own. When trying to obtain personal help it has always been difficult. As a positive - the portal works really well to get access to the study material and to submit all paperwork is easy. I am sure that many people will get what they want - but for me at the level I am trying to work to will not be using SBL for any future personal development.”

Hello, Thank you for leaving your feedback about SBTL. I understand that you had faced some difficulties soon after your begun your course. I believe the support team had promptly responded to your concerns and have resolved the same to your satisfaction. The option of having a personal tutor is not available for the online learning that you have opted for and it is available only for the blended learners. This is explicitly mentioned in our website. We don’t have any hidden charges and all charges are included in fees. Additional charges are only applied when you need to extend your course and when you failed and want to resubmit assignments and any courier charges for posting the certificate(we have waived off this for you), which is a standard fee charged by any institution/ university. These too are mentioned in our terms and conditions and learners are at liberty to cross check the same any time. The entire team appreciate you for completing all your modules and earning the certificate. If you require an academic reference letter, we can definitely help you with that. All the very best to you for your future endeavors.
