“Overall, I do recommend studying with SBTL. However, I think it is best suited for those learners that already have experience, skills, knowledge and are ok with doing some research to pass the assignments. I was able to pass the qualifications that I have taken because of my knowledge and experience. I don't really use the course materials provided by SBTL. In terms of what I think SBTL could improve, I think they could improve the following: - Improve how the website looks - Perhaps remove 50% pop up as it can be distracting - Allow learners to attach multiple files on support desk to avoid having to send multiple messages to attach different files - Check to see if the emails are being answered. I received an email on 7th of November and I was told I was going to hear something back after talking to the senior manager. However, today is 29th of November and I still haven't heard anything back. I have been studying with SBTL for a while and I know that the team always tries to answer as soon as possible. However, for new learners, this delay can create a bad reputation; - Improve the response time of the requests created on support desk. When a learner replies, they need to wait a long time to receive an answer. I understand that more requests can show up and they are answered by order. However, when submitting assignments this can be frustrating for learners; I know SBTL is a real study centre that provides qualifications. However, some learners have said how they think the school is not real or how it looks like a "scam". I think improving the website and removing the discount pop ups can allow SBTL to look more simple and professional. For the SBTL team, thank you for making some qualifications cost effective and for your support.”

“I liked the support for students. Any time I had an issue, it was resolved within a day. The user experience for my course should be improved. One slide deck with 300+ slides was not easy to navigate and learn from. There should have been chapters in the module that a student could complete. The submission process was not clear at all. You need a one pager document for the students with the process flow and it should be part of the course, not sent via email at the beginning. The instructions were also missing links - for example it kept referring to plagiarism tool with no link in sight! So I had to contact the student support team. Those improvements will really help the students focus on the key task - learning and hopefully will help them achieve better results.”
