About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Absolutely love this brand. For years as a baby and toddler my son suffered awful eczema and I struggled to control the scratching during the night. It was so difficult to settle him. I came across scratch sleeves when he was around 4 and they’ve been a god send! Nearly 9 now his skin is brilliant but without the comfort of these at night he would just (out of habit) scratch his skin where he uses to suffer with eczema break outs. So thank you. Will continue to use as long as needed .”

“We can’t live without scratchsleeves now. They are so easy to use, great quality and the only thing that stops our baby scratching and rubbing her face. Fantastic if you’ve got a baby that pulls normal mitts off and you need to protect their delicate skin. Our baby has allergies and eczema and these are an absolute must. Super fast delivery too!”

“A game changer! My son developed new allergies and developed a terrible sudden eczema outbreak which got infected, and was was getting unmanageable. Despite efforts and infection under control with medical assistance, could not break the itch scratch cycle and he would open wounds every night. Started with the pj top with sewn in mits, but he would remove his top to itch. Upgraded to the dungaree worn on top layer and at last gave his skin a chance to heal. Not overpriced (especially with sale items). Cannot recommend enough. 🤩”

“So practical! Our daughter has dermatitis on her jawline - we found putting scratch sleeves on her not only for naps/bedtime but also car journeys really helped. They’re so lightweight, soft and easy to slip on. Would recommend for any kids with eczema/dermatitis.”

“My daughter has severe ige allergies resulting in extremely severe eczema her whole life. She is 1.5 and she has used her scratch sleeves for over a year now and I honestly cannot explain how helpful they have been. I honestly cannot imagine our journey without scratch sleeves! We keep a pair in the car that I pop on before every car journey, she wears them under her pjs at night and in the day time they are so easy to pop on and off when she's feeling Itchy. I cannot recommend them enough and the pairs we have are lasting us such a long time x”

“Outstanding customer service and great products. I've been using ScratchSleeves on a toddler for approx. 3 years now and these have been such a massive help in protecting the child from herself when there's a bad flare up. Two pairs that I'd purchased in one instance were defective and on contacting Scratchsleeves it was rectified promptly after answering a few questions and sharing pictures. Two new sets were promptly custom made and shipped to us at no cost.”
