About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“One of the best things I've bought for my son. He didn't like it at first but now he asks for it before he goes to bed - it's a part of his bedtime routine. He still scratches from time to time and gets some relief coz he does stop scratching after a few seconds.”

“Scratch sleeves were honestly a game changer in our eczema journey. Night times were where my son did the worst damage to his skin- before I would sleep beside him and try and stop him breaking the skin- both our sleep therefore being heavily disturbed. With scratch sleeves I had the piece of mind he couldn't cause damage to his skin as well as them being light enough so he doesn't get too hot to make the itching worse. We're so glad we found them! Thank you x”

“The scratch sleeves are amazing. My little boy can no longer scratch himself at night.- no more blood on the bed sheets! He is also super happy to put them on, never complained about them. They are soft and comfortable. I will certainly buy more and the next sizes as he grows. Super happy 😃”

“Great design, silk is perfect as it doesn't rasp against the skin. They don't come off, and the cut and design are comfortable for my little one, and the material of the body is good quality and can be worn summer and winter. Advice about sizing is spot on. Customer service are excellent, and the products are delivered very quickly. Perfect and such a relief to have them!!”

“These scratch sleeves are absolutely wonderful! Made from soft, breathable fabric, they ensure comfort all night long, keeping the little one cosy without overheating. After several washes, they remain as soft and colorful as the first day. Highly recommended for parents looking for great sleepwear for their kids to stop itching!”

“Fabulous for stopping scratching during an eczema flare. Breaks the itch/scratch cycle. My daughter’s skin has seen a dramatic improvement plus a reduction in use of steroid cream. Such a simple but very effective solution.”

“This product is great and does exactly what I need it to do - stop my almost 2 year old from pulling her hair out when falling asleep and when in her car seat. I’ve ordered 3 pairs now and when I provided incorrect info with my last order, the issue was resolved quickly by the company. Definitely recommend.”

“The most fantastic product ever for children with eczema! My son has been using them on and off for nearly 15 years and they are by far the most effective product, we've found, to help with the scratch itch cycle, a real life saver. It's great to see them in larger sizes now, so we know he can keep using them as he grows! Thank you for a fabulous product!”

“I’m only giving 4 stars because i wish the hand part of the sleeve had a section that would fold over, freeing the hands so my child can eat and still pick things up when he needs. Also would love a button to make the sleeve more secure. At the moment i am using a pin so he doesn’t slip out of the sleeve so easily. But overall this has been a life saver for us and definitely helps at nighttime.”

“I am so impressed with these! I was originally on the hunt for something I could use for my 2 year old who has significant learning disabilities and often scratches his face/ears in frustration and these have been fab for him! The 2-3 years fit him lovely. They were posted to me so quickly I couldn’t believe it! Parents & caregivers, if your young person has a skin condition or like my son, hurts himself then I really rate these! Excellent product”

“The scratch sleeves have been a life saver for my little boy when it comes to stopping him scratch. Ordinary mitts just fall off or he pulls them off and we find that the mitts built into sleepsuits are very rough so still agravate his skin. Scratch sleeves are so soft and gentle and there’s no chance of him getting them off. Also the customer service team are amazing, I’d ordered the wrong size for one set and got in touch and the team replied straight away and were very helpful all the way through and guided me through the exchange process which made it very easy. We would definitely recommend anyone who’s child suffers with ezcema to get these asap.”
