About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“The delivery arrived within 24h (!) and I am thrilled to report that my 3 year old a) LOVED the pink outfits despite her hands being covered b) has stopped scratching during the night to the point of bleeding all over her body 3) has been willing and loving the pjs since (it's been now about a month since we've had them). It's honestly the best thing we've done for her in terms of managing her eczema and the itch-scratch syndrome. The only downside is that the clothes comes in generous sizes so in retrospect I should have order a size smaller but other than that we could not been happier with it. Huge regret that this was not recommended by any of our eczema specialists/doctors etc 2 years ago when her severe eczema started”

“Great company with a life saving product. I started ordering these from the states when my son was around 6-9 months old. His allergies and eczema was awful and my wife and I found this to be a real sanity saver for bedtime and traveling in the car. We had an issue with a set that the silk mitten stitching seperated and with one email to the company and a picture they sent out a replacement set and an extra. Great practice as a company. We just got our 3T PJ set and love them as well. My wife and I recommend this to all the parents with itchy kids we know. Keep up the good work ScratchSleeves.”

“Love this company and their ethos. The clothes we’ve bought have been lovely quality and great value for the quality of the product. Shipping was fast and its so thoughtful that they aim for packages to fit through the letterbox so you don’t have to be in to receive a parcel. I returned an item that was too big and was very surprised that they then refunded the cost of the return postage, which I really wouldn’t have expected. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again.”

“The product was really good quality. Service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately I had to return the product but that was because my child refused to keep her hands covered in the night. When I saw the pyjamas I ordered I really liked the look and feel of them. I found them slightly pricey but I believe you pay for the quality.”

“Great products, we have bought a few pairs of the scratchsleeves and the trousers. They have been a god send to our little boy, he can no longer scratch himself because of his eczema in bed. Super fast delivery, would highly recommend these guys. Thanks”

“My son wasn’t sleeping at night due to his eczema & psoriasis that flares in the evening that made him so uncomfortable. We where all so tired & at our wits end worrying as bandages, gloves (we tried it allllll) wasn’t working. A skin specialist recommended the scratch sleeves due to the silky hands to stop him cutting & irritating his skin- from the first night the difference was amazing. he still rubbed but it was soft on his skin and it has actually stopped him altogether a month on because as soon as his sleeves go on he relaxes as he knows. The delivery was quick & the correspondence where great too. I like them so much I have already bought the next size up & I’ll be a customer for life or until the time my son doesn’t need them anymore. Have already recommended to lots of parents with the same struggles. Thanks again!”

“Have purchased the sleeves since my itchy little boy was 3 months old and more recently the pyjama tops too. I love love love them. He is very content to wear them and it has completely prevented scratching and bleeding sore skin at night and when he is in the car/buggy. Have had so many comments about how good/useful they are from friends and strangers!”

“Scratch sleeves have been a god send with my daughter since she developed eczema at 3 months old. She used to wear them all day and they were very comfy, but only needs them at night now. The company are easy to deal with and dispatch the sleeves very quickly.”

“Scratch sleeves have been life changing for us! We now have the comfort knowing our son is not able to scratch himself to pieces when he's sleeping or itchy. The customer service we have received has also been fantastic, with any issues addressed immediately. We've just purchased our eighth pair (due to him growing out of the previous four pairs) Definitely recommend these and the company.”

“Absolutely delighted with the Scratchsleeves. Our first son suffered from excema as a young baby and the sleeves were a fantastic - and comforting - solution for him (and us!). We bought several sizes over the years and they were perfect when he caught chickenpox also! Excellent quality and speedy delivery. “Fantastic all round! Great communication and support, great products and, most importantly, great results. Dermatitis combatted for my 2 year old as the PJs stop her from removing the creams and itching during the night. I genuinely couldn't rate them highly enough and would recommend anyone to try them. Products are very large so would recommend buying at least one size down (my daughter is two and a half and I bought 18-24 months - still big but at least hey will last her much longer!). Thank you ScratchSleeves :)”
