“The ordering process was fine but delivery was messy. Received a message to say that the order would be delivered on a Tuesday. Only by using the tracking link did I discover that there would be a delay. Got a further message on Wednesday to say that delivery would take place on Tuesday i.e. the day before. Eventually delivered on Friday together with a totally separate order from another retailer.”
