“Made my first order with seed city and there was an issue with what I received. I emailed them and they promptly emailed me right back which is nice because I've used some more well known sites and they take their sweet time if they reply at all. They listened to my issue and then offered to refund me for anything I wasn't totally happy with which was nice. Then they followed up a couple of weeks later to ask if all is/was well.
From where I'm standing this is great customer service compared to other similar places I've had issues with in the past. Delivery was fast and quite creative. I really like their packaging but I won't spoil the fun make an order and you'll see. They also chucked me a couple of primo freebies and I only done a small order(in value). I like the free UK postage instead of the big sites charging far too much like they were sending heavy items and sometimes terribly packed. I will most definitely be placing more orders as I had a good experience overall.”
