“I did order when Black Friday week thats why custom send the package back to sender because custom was too busy. Custom didn’t exterminate package just send back to UK. Royal mail couldn’t deliver it to sender so they waiting redelivery while 2 months. When i mail to seed city they said “once package arrives us we will send it back”. But they need to arrange redelivery they never did it. After all they didn’t want to handle this situation so they block my email never answer me again. I know there is no guarantee for outside the UK but my package is in UK. If you order from different country think twice because they has terrible customer service.”

“7 weeks with no delivery. Tracking didn't update until items were returned to sender 7 weeks later. Communication is pretty bad, after checking tracking everyday for 7 weeks and, updating seed city weekly that the tracking isn't updating, the tracking finally updated to "retuned to sender" and Its been 3 days No-one has returned my email after notifying the items didn't arrive. Previously everything has been great. This time has been a long wait with no result.”

I suspect that Seed City is defrauding long-distance foreign customers, only accepting money and not delivering goods. Even so, no one can find Seed City to defend their rights.
