I did order when Black Friday week thats why custom send the package back to sender because custom was too busy. Custom didn’t exterminate package just send back to UK. Royal mail couldn’t deliver it to sender so they waiting redelivery while 2 months. When i mail to seed city they said “once package arrives us we will send it back”. But they need to arrange redelivery they never did it. After all they didn’t want to handle this situation so they block my email never answer me again. I know there is no guarantee for outside the UK but my package is in UK. If you order from different country think twice because they has terrible customer service.
