“After facing ongoing delays and spotty communication with other providers, partnering with this team was a game-changer. They brought a level of professionalism, organization, and transparency that immediately stood out. They took the time to truly grasp my needs and walked me through every stage with clarity. Their consistent updates, quick responses, and unwavering follow-through on commitments made a lasting impression. For anyone seeking a knowledgeable, dependable team that prioritizes execution, I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
“Purchased the elba cot with Duodreamer mattress set. Had a slight issue with the website finding my address so I emailed the team asking for help as I really wanted this specific cot. The team were so quick to respond and manually took my order and shipped it out. The price for the cot is reasonable, the material and colour is nice! The customer service is great! Thank you”
“I'm a regular customer of Tasman Eco and have always received excellent customer service. Shipping is fast, prices are very reasonable for the high quality of product. They've taken great care of me and I would highly recommend”
“The Tasman baby cot looks beautiful and provides a cozy, comfortable space for children. It was straightforward to assemble, with clear instructions that made the process quick and hassle-free. I was also impressed with the prompt and helpful response from the customer service team. When I requested safety documentation for my family day care, they promptly provided the Australian standards safety report, which was very reassuring. Overall, a great product supported by excellent customer service.”
“Having originally found out about Tasman Eco online I grew to love the brand and its products when I went to a baby expo in Brisbane where I got to see their range in person. Each piece is not only pretty and functional, it’s durable. I love the change mat and portable bassinet.”
“We purchased the Touzy Change Mat from Baby Little Planet and started using it on 9 June. Initially, we were really pleased with the product — the material is soft to the touch, and the mat feels very sturdy. It fits perfectly on top of our chest of drawers and makes nappy changes easy and comfortable for our little one.
However, we were disappointed to notice marks developing in the centre of the mat after just one week of use. We’ve tried wiping them off, but they don’t come off. For a product at this price point, we expected better durability and quality. We had hoped this change mat would last us for a long time, but this early wear and tear is concerning.
While we’ve been enjoying using the mat overall, the issue with the marks is definitely a letdown and something potential buyers should be aware of.”

“We recently bought the Archie cot. While it is expensive, I thought that it was important to support Australian manufacturing and using recycled materials. Although those were my main motivations to buy this cot, the quality is actually really impressive. The cot looks great and has a lot more weight and sturdiness to it than I thought it would have.
If you can afford to get this sustainable cot then be assured the quality is top!
Our baby also grew so quickly that we were worried that the cot would not arrive in time before the baby outgrew our bassinet. We contacted Tasman Eco and they moved us up in the production cycle and managed to get our cot to us two weeks early!”
“We have been really happy with our recent purchase of the Pisa Nursery Package. The product itself is beautiful and straightforward to assemble yet sturdy.
We experienced some delays in the shipping (wet season in the top end) but John was fantastic in keeping us in the loop at all times, prioritising our delivery, and dealing with the courier so we didn’t have to. He even offered to video call us if we needed a hand with the assembly.
The fitted for sheet included in the package is also very soft!
Would very much recommend!”
“Cannot recommend TasmanEco highly enough. Our willow cot arrived and it is such a beautiful and timeless piece, worth every cent. The quality is fantastic, and assembly was easy.
John has provided top quality customer service since before the purchase, sourcing a courier for us as we live outside metro. His communication and quick replies has made this process a breeze. Would definitely recommend to family and friends”
“Just received the Jasmine set side cot and Mattress as having first grandson in March we wanted to purchase a quality Australian made product for my daughter and son in law .We are so impressed and absolutely delighted with this lovely product ,we also purchased them both on sale ,in this day and age any saving is a bonus .Ordering and delivery was smooth with no issues ,I wanted to clarify the mattress type and communication was prompt and highly reassuring. I reccomend Tasman Eco and will be purchasing many more items in future.”
“Honestly just be super careful when purchasing from these guys.
They are a small business (so they tell you) and put themselves first over their customers.
I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people.
After being delivered such faulty products once spending a large amount of money, they decided to change their website and include that the material is soft on their website. If this was only mentioned to us from the beginning we would’ve definitely thought TWICE about buying their product.
Shocking experience!”
“So incredibly happy with my new premium cot mattress, superior quality with memory foam and latex for half the price of others
The customer service I received from Tasman Eco has been so above and beyond, when I had questions about the mattress I was send images of a cross section of the mattress and information about why this is the best choice for my child. Such a personalised experience, I will recommend to everyone! Thanks team:)”
