I ordered 2 items on 19/07. On 07/08 I contacted them to say I had not received either item - one was dispatched that day and the other has yet to arrive. There is no way to call and when I email, I just receive an automated email saying to start a returns process! I wouldn't use them again.

Sensory Education have been awful to deal with. I placed an order in April, product did not arrive. Despite several emails and form filling out, I have not had a refund. One email directed me to returns portal, not helpful as I have submitted this form several times.

Poor customer service!! I’m still awaiting the biggest most expensive part of my order!! I’ve tried to contact you with no response! Also 50% of my order received is no useable / not as ordered or faulty!! Again your returns and refunds part of your website doesn’t work and your customer service people send me inactive links!! A joke all I want is what I paid for!!!

I order took ten days to arrive, the order tracking ilink didn't work. When the order finally arrived the items were not what I ordered. I waited a further 14 days for a returns request to be processed.....yesterday I recieved an email with a returns approval link that doesn't work.
Really disappointing service!!!

Upon taking this advice and accepting the delivery I then discovered I would need to pay £9 to return the item via post as it turns out returns have to be paid for by the consumer.

I emailed the Customer Care Team 1 week ago about a malfunctioning Bubble Tube Lamp that we would like replaced. I was initially pointed towards the online returns form. On finding out that I would have to organise the return of the malfunctioning product I abandoned the form and returned to messaging through email. This message has not been responded to.
