I am disappointed to read this review. Your email was responded to within 1 working day and we resolved the issue with border customs and got your order moving within that timeframe. I have personally dealt with you on many occasions over your business enquiries and always gone above and beyond to gather information required by you within reasonable timeframes. It's a shame you felt this was warranted but this is not indicative of the service we offer to customers.

“I like the fact that the meals contain all the essential vitamins and minerals so one can confidently consume them without fear of lacking essential nutriments. On the other hand I found the noodle variety box to be totally unpalatable. There was a sort of soup with what I can only describe as sludge at the bottom. If I prepared them as per instructions I finished with an unpleasant paste consistency. I threw them away. I would like more variety in the soups. The chicken flavour (unobtainable since ages) is quite acceptable but the pea soup leaves an unpleasant deposit at the bottom of the cup. The dark chocolate meal replacement bar is very good but one doesn't want to eat chocolate at every meal.”

“Ordered and delivered in Europe in a week, delivered earlier than quoted on the order. Excellent products, my only complaint is that there is a lack of choice for the soups, I would have ordered more if tomato & vegetable available”

“Delivery came 3 days before expected which is fantastic as I was able to start my STW journey sooner. Each flavour I have tried so far are really nice. In a week just over a kilo down already, so looking forward to seeing results further down the line.”

“Good variety of meals and bars to choose from. I used Exante in the past but their selection has diminshed significantly and STW has far more to offer. The meals are tastey. Moving to pots (rather than sachets) would be an improvement though otherwise it would have been 5 stars!”
