“Very poor. Tried cancelling my order around 18 times over 2 days. The Web site didn't work for contacting Shske That Weight. All my requests ignored. Products despatched despite wanting cancellation. Terrible stressful experience the complete order will go back as I will not be here to accept delivery. Unsure why they ignored all my cancellation request but a terrible way to do business. I will not use them in the future... my summary... beware...”

Your parcel was sent on the fastest Fedex service we have available for delivery to Malta. I am sorry that Fedex did not hit the delivery times promised and I have issued a refund for delivery costs.

De postbode kwam langs met het pakje op vrijdag 20 mei om 11:35 maar kon het niet afleveren. Je veilige plaats was niet toegankelijk. Het pakje is onderweg naar het PakjesPunt A-EXPRESS. Je kan het daar afhalen vanaf dinsdag 24 mei om 15:00. Het spijt me dat je de levering hebt gemist. Neem contact met ons op als u hulp nodig heeft.
