“Really easy to follow this diet, my wife did this first with great results, so I'm trying myself to loose weight to help my diabetes. Only grumble as we have to buy from the Europe site struggle to get the veggie soups never seem to be in stock, other than that great service and delivery.”

“The product had great macros/nutrients and the packaging was nice. Very good price compare to some overpriced “exclusive” protein powder brands out there. I was just looking for something to supplement my protein intake so the price and macros were just what I was looking for.”

“Momenteel die ik 2 shakes per dag en bel water drinken savonds een lichte maaltijd maar val er goed bij af en ik heb totaal geen honger gevoel. Eet daarnaast nog een appel en wat noten. Ik wil wel wat kilo’s kwijt maar het is op deze manier goed te doen en daar gaat het om!”
