“AVOID! Lack of communication, staff calling the clients "love" and fail to deliver and assist.
I emptied the storage on the 20th July 2021 and I contacted them twice via phone. I got connected to the Greenwich branch the second time around first week of August, asking to pay my remaining balance. They said that they will contact forest Hill branch to contact me directly. Then silence. Today I received a call from a bayliff company asking me to pay the depth when at first place noone sent me an invoice at all! I called after that forest Hill branch and they did not have any answers for me. I had no other choice but share my experience about their disappointing behaviour. Also the fact that you cannot report them to their head office and they do not let you contact area managers is mind blowing and against the consumers rights.”
