“This is an astonishingly good company. The clothes are good but my perspective on their brilliance comes from a complaint I registered with them for late delivery. To cut a long story short, the LOVE I got from customer services was better than anything I've experienced commercially before. They got back to me the next day with very sincere apologies, and express order delivered the next day with a free gift which was worth as much as the product I ordered. Essentially they doubled my deliverables in compensation for a late delivery. Normally if you get messed around by an online retailer we all know what happens. Endless excuses, requests for absolute details before fault is admitted and generally a huge ball ache. Not with Silverback. It was actually shocking how fast they resolved the issue and made amends I could not have possibly expected. I was converted from foaming at the mouth unreasonable customer to an "acolyte" of Sliverbacks brand values which seem to run through the company like the pattern in a stick of rock. I do not write many reviews and it's almost always when I have a complaint. This review is the opposite and very very genuine. I cannot recommend both the clothing and the machine of a company behind it. Restored my faith in online retail against the backdrop of the industry bad actors. Silverback are the best of the best and if they ever issue shares I am buying some because this company has got it right and will grow quickly based on merit.”
