The company don't Refund full amount of my payment. I don't like I have to pay for delivery and after when I decided to return the item in perfect condition I have to pay for return also. Silverback keep 4£ from my Refund withoutreason + Return charges and delivery charges they charge me around 11 pound extra for nothing, just company policy!Ridiculous!🙁”
