“The purchasing process was flawless and delivery was good, but my concern was the duty and extra taxes to the tune of $40 I had to pay to get the order delivered, if I had known this ahead of time I would have not placed an order. I have placed many orders from multiple companies and have never had to pay duty. So unless this gets corrected I will not be ordering from you in the future.”
