I ordered a gym bag, it didn’t fit the purpose I needed it for therefore had to return it.
I had to pay under £5 for P & P to receive the product and then pay under £2 to return it. Overall, I have paid nearly £7 with nothing to show for it.
It doesn’t make me want to buy anything again from Silverback.”

“I have bought multiple items from Silverback, and the quality is always excellent. If anything could be improved it would be the availability of bigger sizes as these always sell out fast.
Also if possible could the oversize items actually be oversized, as they don't seem to come up much bigger than standard size”
