“Amazing tutoring service provided by my tutor Nino. The tutor went above and beyond to help me pass my exams. Really good service provided at a very high level and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get a really high grade in Law.”

“I required help on my undergrad LLB degree on a number of modules, namely Employment Law & Maritime, both of which I achieved a 1st class on. This was owing to the help of the amazing tutors who were knowledgeable and have a great competency in teaching and transmitting information. Nino in particular was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the classes and exam period in general, whether it was helping me with essay techniques or content.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had my first tuition session with Neive and it was beyond my expectations! Since Neive has a lovely personality, I felt at ease with her. Not only does she teach in the most comprehensive manner but she is obviously a kind of a mind-reader - answering my questions even before I asked them. Even within one hour, nor did she only give me massive help with my brief but she has motivated me immensely, which is priceless! In addition, the lessons are very well organised and we had prompt and very effective communication with Neive and the office. They charge reasonable prices which are well worth every penny! Thank you for your first-class service, Neive and SimpleStudying!”

“Terrible service. I tried to book the online group classes to revise, but the links have never been sent. In addition, I contacted costumer service about this but, no one answered my email. I will not use the service ever again”

Dear Aisha, as soon as you book the online group class, you get an email that contains the link. You also get a calendar invite to add the class to your calendar. We send reminder messages both on our Whatsapp groups and by email to students on the day the class is starting which contains the Zoom link to join. If you contact our customer service we may not be able to answer you immediately but we get back to you in a few hours or the next day latest. We are sorry for the delayed response but unfortunately, we have a small team and we are sometimes not able to answer customer emails immediately. We upload all our classes on Youtube and you should have gotten a follow-up email to watch the class on Youtube if you could not attend: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-a0z1-O8ySfW1fM39aC-QQ
