“I have been unable to continue pursuing my studies with this website. Not because of the quality of the material which is excellent, but because of the administrative problems and excess to the site. Very sad”

Hi Mariella, We're sorry for your frustrating experience. We have tested your account on different browsers and devices and it works for us. There may be different reasons why you cannot log in. (1) incorrect password; (2) your browser may be incompatible with the platform. There are too many browsers and different versions out there normally no one website can be compatible for all browsers and versions but we're working to make it compatible for all most commonly used browsers and versions. Our tech team is working particularly to make the platform compatible with the version of the browser you told us. (3) caching issue. We suggest you try clearing your cache, use a different browser and make sure you enter a correct password. We refunded your last payment because you reported you were experiencing issues. If you tell us you can access now, we'll be happy to give you one month premium membership for free for the inconvenience caused. If you still cannot use the platform to study with our materials, we can offer you tutoring sessions for one-to-one personalised support. You will have a dedicated tutor to help you study and prepare for your upcoming assessments. “Terrible service. I tried to book the online group classes to revise, but the links have never been sent. In addition, I contacted costumer service about this but, no one answered my email. I will not use the service ever again”

Dear Aisha, as soon as you book the online group class, you get an email that contains the link. You also get a calendar invite to add the class to your calendar. We send reminder messages both on our Whatsapp groups and by email to students on the day the class is starting which contains the Zoom link to join. If you contact our customer service we may not be able to answer you immediately but we get back to you in a few hours or the next day latest. We are sorry for the delayed response but unfortunately, we have a small team and we are sometimes not able to answer customer emails immediately. We upload all our classes on Youtube and you should have gotten a follow-up email to watch the class on Youtube if you could not attend: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-a0z1-O8ySfW1fM39aC-QQ
