“Not sure what product You're referring too, I purchased a couple of items from you. One was the 10" sub, then I attempted to get the sub-box to put it in. After making the purchase it was canceled on your side, not exactually why either? I still was charged for the sub; it came out of my account even after you canceled it. I then purchased another one that didn't get canceled and went through. BOTH boxes showed up. I don't need two boxes; I only have one speaker. I reached out to SKAR letting them know this and asking for a return label so I can send this other one back and in hopes of getting my money returned to me. I have yet to hear from them. I do have PayPal, and they're going to handle the issue. I still would definitely recommend their product!!!”
