“The amp kit itself is fine. The fact that the amp kit was shipped in its own retail packaging, covered in packing tape and shipping label AND NOT in a cardboard shipping box was ridiculous especially during the holidays when criminals are looking for packages to steal. The retail packaging was severely damaged with multiple holes and scratch marks all over which made a terrible presentation because it was a gift. Furthermore and luckily,the recipient doesn't live with me otherwise the surprise of the gift would have been blown because it wasn't hidden in a plain cardboard shipping box. Feel free to look up my name and address to see this isn't my 1st purchase and also isn't my 1st problem with Skar. 2 VVX 12s 2 DDx 12s 6 ix 12s 2 ix 8s Multiple woofer boxes, amps,mids,tweets, components,amp kits, wiring, accessories, etc. I worked as a car audio installer at professional level for 15 years using product like Fosgate, Orion, PPI, Kicker, JL...you get the idea. Now at 47, I still enjoy doing installation for friends and family. Skar was an easy go to because the product works and is priced right. However, with so many other companies competing for business, it's easy to take my business elsewhere. Skar can't afford to slack on customer service at any level.”

“This is my third exact system that I have purchased from you. They only flaw this system package has is the CCA amplifier kit. The subwoofer, enclosure, and amplifier are excellent, perfectly matched. Why give a CCA low grade wiring kit with this package. That's the only thing that can make this system degrade in a customer's vehicle in the future. You should at least offer the package and other packages with both wiring kits at different prices.”

“I got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas present, it was a great purchase! The subwoofer sounds amazing, and the amp as well. I just wish it came with thicker wiring. I did end up using my own, but overall it sounds great! Definitely recommend.”

“The speaker hole in the box was for an 8 instead of a 10 causing me to adjust it with cutting,sanding etc. The wires in the box weren't marked or labeled and took a good bit of effort to confirm.”

“Very good sound quality but definitely dont have the bass i was looking for sadly 3rd brand ive tried and cant find a 8 inch that can play sound and actually has bass like the stock speakers”
