“Got the subs. They were packed nice noticed when I opened that one of the subs upside down and hooked them up and make a popping noises. Was playing it one day and my amp cut off. I really hate I bought the system. I thought I was upgrading from my Memphis PR 12s and down graded.”

“Great products terrible website everything was confusing and there customer support is a joke the support number was useless and the website was even less help id love to buy more but I'm not sure I should after that. Look I know assholes exist im not one of them im just saying improve your access of service”

“They sound decent, I broke them in for a full 24 hours at half power and now that I have them turned up there’s distortion and the amp will smoke when it goes into power protect mode”

“I emailed a question upon my Amp purchase, via email and Facebook, about some speakers I was thinking of purchasing with the amp. I never received an answer. I’m ready to send this amp back and just not deal with Skar products if this is the way you carry yourselves to new costumers.”

“shopping experience was great but the shipping is horrible (fedex) my amp stopped at almost every major city between getting shipped and to me and its a week late supposed to be delivered 3/25 and its 3/28 with expected delivery on the 3/31 now i had an appointment (fully paid for already) to get my amp installed to go with the subs and box i just bought and now i have to reschedule it so not happy with how fedex has handled the shipping”

“I got 2 shallow mount VD 12” subs and on each of them, the outer ring around the screw holes was offset and some of the screw holes were not even drilled”

“This happens to be the 1 and only bad review I have to leave due to the lack of shipping materials. My delivery person, whoever it was, like to throw boxes, and my cabinet for my 12 inch subwoofer, now has a corner that is broken. Obviously, it must have landed on it. No, I don't have pictures today due to the fact I'm in the middle of moving out abs the cabin is safety at my new house. I won't make the same amount of money off of the set- up(speaker,cabinet in one-plug and play). But, what are you going to do? Sometimes you win, other times you don't. I still love their products and will continue to purchase and merchant them. Why not, they're AWESOME!”

“I ordered a couple of subs and an amp but I had some questions on the selection. I emailed them three times and got no replies and could not find a phone number to call. I highly doubt that I would get any kind of service if I should have a warranty. I will likely not purchase from Skar again.”
