“The amp kept cutting off even though my power was good on my vehicle and bass knob was not functioning”

“I find the audio equipment being sold by skar are good, very good, when they work but I placed an order a time ago but when installed their components only lasted 3 days with no restitution for whats obviously a manufacturer's issue.”

“Box was well built but has a crack in the interior behind insulation letting air through. I took everything apart and screwed + glued a small pirate of mdf inside the box. It should be fine. Just skeptical of quality bc I wanted to by the 1200 amp to go with this sub and box. Just not sure now. ”

“Products were great, but I’ve emailed twice about ordering just 18g speaker wire, as the speaker wire that comes with the 600w amp Kit is not enough, I’ve gotten no response on either email.”

“The overall customer service fell short based off my expectations. My initial order was placed on 30DEC and I was impressed to see that I received it on 2JAN. However, when I opened the package, I found the wrong amp was sent. I contacted the company to make them aware that they sent me the wrong item. The amp was was more expensive but not what I wanted. I reached out to Jeff Jennings, Joshua Timmons and Joshua Knarich and all three had the same response, once we get ours back, we will ship out the right one. I had to wait on them to send me a return label. Once I shipped (3JAN) I notified them and got the same response. I was told that they would expedite the process when received. Once it showed delivered on 6JAN, again I notified and was told they would get it out. Shortly after showing received, I got an email that my money was refunded. When I reached out to ask what happened and what am I to do next, I was told I needed to go in and place the order again. Not thrilled, I did reorder the correct item and advised them of the order number. Was told they would expedite. Their definition was not the same as mine, the order went out as standard shipping and finally got my amp on 9JAN.”

“Ordered a dual 12 box. Came damaged. Sending it back. Poor boxing protection. Then sent you an email asking for advise on upgrading my electrical system. As I was about to order the 2K amp. Never got a reply. Don’t need that ignore. I’ll go elsewhere. Plenty other fish out there.”

“I purchased a system for my boat on Black Friday sale. I did receive 3/4 of my order in perfect order and in a timely manner. I was supposed to receive the other part of my order but it has been lost by Fedex in shipping. I tried to contact skar and fedex with no success. I have been issued a refund from skar but with no sale I am having to pay more now than I originally ordered. So in short, still don’t have all the equipment and now have to pay more for what I originally ordered. I do realize that Fedex is the issue, but why not send out a replacement so there isn’t any more money out of my pocket instead of waiting for a refund and then having to reorder for more $$$.”

“I made multiple purchases for my 21 Silverado for black Friday special but my cart with my 3rd purchase wouldn't apply discount? I decided to get the best subs instead of middle line but the promo wouldn't work which i couldn't purchase the 4 subs without it...hopefully there's another promo soon with the 20% off”
