Well I purchased a bundle including a 15" sub in the enclosure with amp and amp wire. The amp had no output when I opened at the installation place. I reached out to Customer Service about it and told them the amp was "dead out the box" and i got a response saying to send the Subwoofer back. I had to send up a following email stating what I previously stated that it was the amp and nothing else was wrong. After that I just got a link on how to return the defective product. I ordered a 2000w monoblock amp Skar brand of AMAZON because the installer said i could go bigger than the 1500w monoblock that the bundle came with and it arrived in 2 days. I've sent the 1500w one back waiting to hear something about that but besides that now that I have an amp everything is working nicely. Customer Service goes along way...

Amp was brand new and did not work. It powered up but did not have any output. That’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to repping your brand with 4 15 inch subs in my car...I had to go with kicker instead.

I never received my package I talked to someone but they didn’t really try to help first bad experience my family’s had from you guys thanks anyway ur product is great but coustomer service not to well

The voice coils keeps going bad,I have 6 8in subs with two that the voice coils went bad so that's a total of 8 subs and I have them on a 5k taramp?

I ordered an amp and upon receiving the item it had looked like it was dropped before shipping I returned it and I am still waiting on another one. I didn’t think it would take this long to receive another one and I’m getting impatient

I bought a amp and the rca came broken. I returned it so I can get a replacement and it never came and never been shipped. It’s been a week sense a I claim for a replacement a. I want a refund and skar didn’t reply. Bad customer service

I only received half of my order because the skv2 1500 d1 watt amp was out of stock and would be sent by July 17th. Well, I haven't been told that my amp is on its way. Skar has had my money in full this whole time and I wish someone would tell me what's going on with my 1500 watt amp. I even sent an email to customer service and haven't received a response. First order was cancelled, because y’all thought it was a suspicious of fraud because of a regular visa payment method instead of PayPal, placed another order the same day, and went through but still $400 in hole. it’s been past 10 days for the complete refund on the first order on the same product, claim with my bank have been filed.

My purchase of a subwoofer was okay, average, but the reason I have only 2 stars is because of their customer support, which is non-existent. Since my purchase I've emailed Skar about 6 times, trying to get some support with the sub I bought, but nobody had emailed me back, not once...

When I removed the speaker to get the grill off because it makes too much air noise I noticed that the basket was broken.
