“The speakers all look nice haven’t gotten them completely installed to hear the sound. Biggest complaint is that there was no mounting hardware included and now where does it say mounting hardware isn’t included. Customer service wasn’t very helpful in the issue either.”

“I ordered 2 speaker and at the time was told delivery would be in 3 days. 3 days later shipment hasnt left Nevada and I get an update email saying delivery is now schedule for 5 more days wont be here until monday. If I knew that at the time of purchase I most definitely would have pursued a more speedy delivery.”

“I ordered three 8s and a super tweeter. I love the 8s But the super tweeter is two weeks late and still hasnt arrived. Imsure if the tweeter had arrived within a week it would have been a great speaker to but since its still not here your getting a two star for now. Pretty mad if whoever reads this cant tell”

“The speakers(TX68) arrived promptly however there wasn't much protecting them. The box that held the speakers was beat up and the screw hole tabs were all bent up with the paint flaking off. These are my second pair of speakers from Skar. My first pair arrived damage free. However there was black glue all over the rubber speaker surround on one side on one of the speakers. Not very professional/good looking if you ask me. I do love the products Skar sells, however with these quality issues I'm not entirely sure if I'll make a purchase from them in the future.”

“Power wire and fuse are ok. The rest of the wires are flimsy weak and thin. Likewise the accessories ie the zip ties, the rubber grommet coverings are cheap and completely unusable. I threw all that away. Better to just buy the wire parts separate and not this kit. Had very high hopes and was super excited, a total let down. I was planning on purchasing subs and amps as well but now this experience has me questioning and second guessing. Oh well, caveat emptor.”

“I ordered 2 EVL 15 inch subwoofers in the box and the customer representative told me that they would fit in my vehicles trunk, once it was time for install the sub box wouldn't fit. I had to return the subs and downgrade to 12 inch subs which I am waiting to be delivered.”

“Dont get me wrong I love skar I was just a bit dissapointed in this sub. I ordered a vvxv3 sub last year and it seems to slam way harder. But the sub does sound good. The quality is great. The higher bass notes dont sound so good.”

“I recently bought subwoofers from you guys and you want to review it’s hard to review you when I have not received my sub offers yet it’s been like almost 3 weeks now and you know that the person that you are used to ship them lost on they’ve been made it that so far but yet I’m $550 out of money and still haven’t got nothing so y’all‘s customer service you know I don’t know what to tell you but in the future you might want to take care of the customer and not you know I don’t know what to say three weeks or two weeks I like it and I still haven’t received my product no refund no money no nothing and even got a courtesy call from you to tell me what’s going on with the order I was married”

“I took my subs to get installed yesterday and when I came to pick up my car the audio guys that had done the installation told me I should give Skar Audio a call because the box rattles and it sounds like something may be loose inside the box which in result lowers the quality of the sound. I was super bummed when I took off and heard the rattling for myself. It just sounds like after the bass drops and has passed it still rattles and it throws everything off. It just sounds bad. Hopefully someone else has had a similar experience so we know there is a quick solution. The audio guys said that usually Skar is pretty good about this type of thing and hoped that I’d get a new box sent out to me. I’m not sure if it was damaged during shipping or where the problem occurred but it definitely sounds like there is something loose inside the box causing the rattling making the system sound poor. Please help me fix this! Also, my bass knob doesn’t control the bass, it doesn’t work at all. I took it back to the shop to verify it was installed correctly and it doesn’t work at all. The last pair of subs I had were kicker comps, and the bass knob was also kicker and was able to control the bass down to the lowest setting all the way to the highest setting. This bass knob doesn’t work at all, the only way for me to lower the bass is for me to turn my master volume low and high and through the audio settings of the car itself.”

“You guys did a great job returning the wrong sub I purchased and sending me the correct one. It was very professional. On the other hand the box you sent me wasn’t completely up to quality, the padding wasn’t all the way around it like the picture. It was a empty single 15” enclosure purchased by Francis haughee (my grandma) for Christmas. I am worried that the box was designed for the padding all tbe way around it like the photo. I hope it doesn’t mess with the sound quality. Other than that I am pleased. Will you look into it for me and let me know if you think it will effect the quality? I left pictures on the review section of the single 15” empty enclosure”
