“I got the speakers but not the bass control I reach out about it but was told I need to take a picture of the box but with kids destroyed the box so now couldn’t do that now still out a bass control knob even if I bought it”

“I ordered the Bluetooth 24 inch soundbar. Waited and waited. It never showed up. Messaged support, was told there was an error or some bs with the carrier. A label was created and that was then end of it. Long and short Skar just never shipped my product. It was never given to the carrier. Skar emailed said refund or they would ship it tomorrow. I selected refund. Bad taste from this won't probably do business with them again. I also unsubscribe multiple times from emails but I'm still getting a few a day.”

“The box doesn’t fit the truck caused a hole to damn near wear in the surround of the sub and the ear was broken off the box that holds the box up. The cardboard box is was shipped in wasn’t damaged so who ever packaged it had to have seen it”
