“I have installed them in the factory location in my truck. They sound fine at low volume but at a higher volume they start to pop. I haven't figured that out yet. I'm thinking of put a 200 microfarads on them to see”

“I have been running SKAR for a couple of years, Starten in my Bass Boat with a set of Marine 6.5, later adding another set along with 75x4 Skar Marine amp, thi ssytem sounds great in my boat and was a great bang for the buck, so when I was looking at placing a system in my Can AM of course i looked into skar again, running a set of 6.5 and a set of 8 inch coaxils plus until recent 2 8 inch woofers powered by their 800.1 under the front seats, I have now upgraded to an SVR 12 in a custom built inclosure behind the seat (this is a 4 seater)I am still getting that all dialed in, will need to upgrade amp to the 1500.1 (SKAR if that were to show up on my porch I wouldnt complain LOL) these subs are not intended to be used in a damp enviroment voids waranty, but I have had 0 issues with them.”

“Item was as described. Shipping wasn't as expected. Shipped fast, but received later than the 3 to 5 days as stated and unable to track the item. Tracking only showed that the item was received. Didn't get no other info until it was out for delivery. I don't know if the shipping burden falls on Skar or fed ex.”
