“We really enjoyed the lessons with Harry! He focused on our individual points where we could work on. Is it possible to send us the full name of Harry? He told us he does races too and we would like to follow him on socials :-)”

“Easy to book online and teachers were nice with the kids. But it was very difficult to get information on the class once it was booked : we only got "call the school" or "see with your agency"... the meeting point was "Pas de la casa" and I had to call 3 numbers to get an actual place IN Pas de la Casa.”

“Hi, I had a good experience with SkiBro. I was sick on the first day that I was supposed to have a lesson and they easily changed it to a later date to fit in my schedule. However when booking my lessons I was asked where I was staying so they could arrange a meeting point. As I as booking a private 1 on 1 lesson it would have been great if the instructor meet me somewhere close to where I was staying instead of having to show up to a shop. It should be common practise when booking a private lesson that your instructor/company work in with you to make you have the best experience and make it feel all about you. I had a great instructor on Saturday and he really pushed me and make me feel like I had improved. However my instructor on Sunday it seemed was more about just getting the lesson over with and never pushed me or allowed for me to improve as my technique wasn’t quite there yet. I felt as if she just did the lesson because she was free and was constantly asking me if I wanted to finish and to tell her anytime if I wanted to go back early or have a break which made me feel like she didn’t want to be there. Overall my experience was pretty average and I certainly didn’t feel like I got a A class service for booking a private ski lesson considering the money that was spent.”

“The booking was ok . But the times offered as available is never there and alternatives offered . The instructor was great but the lesson was shortened with him having lessons back to back .”

“Excellent options, follow-up and customer service. As a new skier, I didn't really know what I was doing and had to change my reservations. I was pleased to find that the cancellation was easy and an alternative booking was also very easy to find. One less thing to worry about when it's all new.”

“Simon was excellent. He very quickly diagnosed some issues for me to fix, and as well as helping me on the day he also gave me some drills to practice on my own. He was also great at explaining technically what I needed to achieve. And he helped me take notes at the end to recap. My skiing for the rest of the week was much improved! Simon is an excellent instructor. Thank you!”

“Easy to book the courses, we did so last minute and everything worked out just fine. We were called by the executing school because the requested time wasn't available. They proposed an alternative moment and called back later when it turned out they got a spot open. All and all, a good experience.”

“I had a good experience with SkiBro. The guide they obtained was excellent and they were very attentive to our needs. The only negative - with which I discussed with them - is they have to be more careful on the pricing of their subcontractors. The inital quote was about 10% below that which we were ultimately charged. But, here 's deal. You get what uyou pay fopr and the guide we had was superb.”
