Costly and don't get very timely responses about issues occurring during the booking. Made a booking and did not know the meeting point. Got contacted by Skibro the day after the lesson happened. Not entirely Skibros fault but could have responded in a more timely manner.

Hello, I think the platform is faulty, I can't connect, nor see the reservations I made, I received confirmation from an instructor but I haven't received the other reservation yet. I think there should be a way to access without waiting for emails.

The school I have been connected with is too far from the hotel and ski area I have lift passes for. I am trying to cancel and re-book if I can

1) every online service that uses drop lists to select a country will select a low mark from me. UX designers, try to scroll 180 item list, instead of entering two letters of the country code. 2) The calendar view is too wide to fit my iPhone mini screen and is not scrollable. No way to select a day if it's a Sunday.

Bonjour, Étant donné que à l'heure réservée il n'y avait pas de coach on a perdu presque une heure entre appel à l'agence et trouver un coach libre. On aimerait être remboursé car réservée pour 2h. Merci

Gave wrong indications where to wait, after looking around we found the instructor on the slope half an hour late. Instructor didn't do full 2 hour lesson and was not very understanding of the fact that we were beginners and different ages. He looked frustrated. Wasn't very encouraging and left us a bit demotivated.

We've used skibro for years and it's been great. Unfortunately this week it seems that none of the availability details are accurate. We requested a morning lesson from several instructors when each one showed available for 2 different days, they each declined after we had paid since they were already booked.

You are a market middle man that doesn’t use the agendas of the skiing-companies you book for. The problem is, that I pay for a timeslot at the skiing-companie, and think I have a deal. One day later I get an email from the skiingcompany. Can’t deliver at your requested time. Here’s a new proposal. Good for the middlreman, not for me. It’s customer service that is key, not your commision. Skiing classes were good, but that’s not your merit, skibro.

Booking process is fine, communication following booking very poor. Different instructor from one selected, no communication until evening before, from the "new" instructor. Luckily he was good but whole experience very underwhelming.

Hi Kate, I'm sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the feedback, I've passed this onto our team. I can see you did get £20 discount off the booking. To answer your query on discounts - as a booking platform we don't control or set any prices. We allow our professional instructors and ski schools to set their own pricing. Some instructors do offer discounts for booking multiple sessions and will have a % sign displayed when you create a basket, but in busy weeks like New Year and Half Term it is very unlikely that they would discount morning lessons as they are in such high demand.
