“Easy to book. Fast confirmation. But I was not able to chat through the app at all and so could not confirm back or communicate to the instructor before the class. Luckily she called me a few minutes before to confirm together and let me know who she was. The name on the confirmation and the actual instructor were different.”

“Marieke was execllent, my original booking request was rejected due to it being half term and the Ski school not updating the website in time however Marieke jumped on this staright away and got me another ski school, ringing me at 8pm on Saturday night to confirm she'd sorted it !! Great service !!”

“Ik had lessen gereserveerd op een bepaald tijdstip, dat op de website nog beschikbaar was. Jammer genoeg moest het tijdstip verandert worden omdat het toch niet beschikbaar was. De uren kwamen uiteindelijk helemaal niet meer overeen met wat oorspronkelijk het plan was. Gelukkig kreeg ik snel bericht hierover en zullen ze toch nog proberen om aan onze wensen te voldoen.”

“Hessel was super kind and pleasant! Above all, he was a great instructor with lots of tips for my low level. The moment my lesson was confirmed, he immediately contacted me, came to the slope I chose, and he was very generous to wait for me even though I was late and complete the 2 hours. I really enjoyed the lesson and got my confidence back again thanks to his positive influence!”

“We had 3 morning lessons with Inez at Flaine. She was so kind and a great instructor. The SkiBro booking process was incredibly easy and stress free. The app was also really helpful in terms of how user friendly it was and I liked that it gave full instructions on where to meet our instructor and also a contact number in case we couldn't find them. The lessons were great value for money and I would 100% recommend this service.”
