“I had a lot of concerns regarding my skin and the staff was amazing truly, helped me to decide whoch product would suit me and also given me a choice if I would have preferred to go with something else, but obviously Wentworth their recommendations and so far it works. Thank you all so much”

“I recently ordered some skin products from Skin Pharmacy a week before going away for a month, opting for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't arrive on time, prompting me to contact their customer service. The products were delivered the following day, but they were not the ones I ordered. Despite these issues, I was extremely impressed with Skin Pharmacy's customer service team. They quickly rectified the mistake and ensured I received the correct products before my flight. Throughout the process, the customer service team was committed, responsive, and dedicated to resolving the issue. Although I had to make several calls, the team's professionalism and efficiency turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and would recommend Skin Pharmacy for their excellent customer service.”
