“i am absolutely appalled by the behavior of SmarterPayment’s legal department. Not only has my overall experience with this company been terrible, but their legal team has taken it to a whole new level of unprofessionalism and harassment.
Despite the fact that I am no longer trading , their legal department continues to aggressively demand personal payments from me. They are forceful, unrelenting, and completely unwilling to listen to reason or provide any proper documentation to justify their claims. It feels like I’m being bullied rather than dealing with a legitimate business.
I’ve tried to explain my situation multiple times, but they refuse to acknowledge any of my concerns or provide clarity on why they’re pursuing me for money. Their lack of transparency and unethical behavior is shocking. It’s as if they’re trying to intimidate me into paying for something that I don’t even owe.
This is not how a reputable company should operate. I feel harassed and stressed out by their constant demands, and I’m seriously considering taking legal action against them for their behavior.”
