“I'm really happy with my Ecig I have cut down the amount of cigarettes I smoke already just by using your product for less then a week, delivery was really fast I have not had to ask for any refunds and I can't wait to try the different flavours”

“Had some issues with the first refill that comes with the starter pack. The liquid seems to have leaked into the chamber and I was inhaling the liquid. Not very nice. Any suggestions as to what might have happened would be helpful! I've used the e-cigarette for a bit as well and have had no issues with that. So far, so good.”

Hi Alex, I'm sorry to hear that! What can occasionally happen is if the VAPE refills have been through big temperature changes quickly the liquid can expand and come out the bottom.
