The rucksack was delivered the day after I ordered it and when, as a result of my dog and her challenges and through no issue with the bag, we decided that we would not be able to use it with her, I emailed the company about the returns’ policy. Once again, I got a response within a few hours - compassion and had the steps for refund explained clearly. Thank you so much, buying from the internet is always a risk, but the service has felt as personal as visiting a shop. I 100% recommend them for quality too!”

“Amazing customer service. Had dog back pack back in October. Worked fine at first then strap fell off. Frayed looked like manufacturing fault. Contacted Snazzy dot and the arranged a replacement through the manufacturer.”
