“Great features. price was acceptable too. I like the power PDF Advanced because it has so many features that I could possibly use in the future. Excellent support advice on their support page. Ask a question, and it will give you an audio with a script as your answer. Excellent all-round PDF.”

“After loading this software, my Dell laptop was almost unusable. Super slow loading and locking up. Uninstalling the software was not one click, it was a pain. Had to jump thru all sorts of hoops and remove in safe mode. I would not recommend this software to anyone. I want my money back.”

Hi David, sorry you've had a rough time with it. From what you're describing, this sounds like a compatibility issue on the device itself rather than the software being faulty. Slowdowns and lockups usually come from older hardware struggling with real-time scanning, a conflict with another security product that was already installed, or something specific to that Dell model. On the uninstall side, nearly every AV vendor has their own removal tool because the standard Windows one doesn't fully clear them, so we're happy to point you to the right one. Drop us an email at support@softwaredirect.com with your order number and we'll help you work out what caused it.
