I returned back to them within 6 days expecting a refund and was issued with store credit (which I will obviously not be using).

They don’t offer refunds, credit note only.

They refuse to refund any money back if you return an item within 14 days, would not recommend

Few days later said they didn't make a mistake and will only issue a credit and no refund for $25 return shipping.

I emailed asking for a refund as the order didn’t even arrive in time and was faulty in which they responded 12 days later that it wasn’t faulty and wasn’t there fault they didn’t send it out on time.

These DO NOT refund money. Will only give store credit on T&C I found this! I would never bought from them if I knew this! Sneaky!!!... if you actually do get one. They ignore your messages, emails n delete your comments on fb asking for return address. Paid £60 for a dress, material is RUBBISH for £60. These need investigating its not right what they do

Do not order from this website!! I paid for next day delivery, parcel didn't arrive until 4 days later. Not only that but the clothes were such poor quality, one of the skirts was so short and tight and another was huge on me. I've emailed them and instagrammed them for a refund but I haven't had a response. My parcel has now gone missing and they aren't communicating with me at all.

I would rate a 0 if given the option! Disgraceful company, can’t believe they are allowed to treat their customers as they do! You do not get a refund only a credit not but I returned sale items due to AWFUL quality and they sent an email back saying I have 7 days to pay a further £3.
