AVOID - Scam company? Absolutely terrible customer service & products - do not waste your money or time! Terrible company of which I believe is a scam - sent me 2 terrible quality swimsuits (one without even a hygiene sticker in it) which I did not even bother to try on as they looked so badly made, not double-lined etc, and I did not trust the one without a hygiene sticker was not already a return - I emailed to query all of this and didn't hear back from them for 10 days. Bear in mind they had not stated the swimwear was non returnable on the item's description (and they admitted this via email) - I sent both items back (not free returns either!) in the meantime to keep within their returns policy, and they emailed me to say they would not accept them and would either charge me to return the items back to my address or would destroy the items (yeah right - they will resell them!) despite the fact they choose to sell swimwear without hygiene labels, which is gross. Their responses by email were rude, and unprofessional - I cited the sales of goods act below but they chose to ignore. '13 Sale by description. (1)Where there is a contract for the sale of goods by description, there is an implied [F9term] that the goods will correspond with the description.' Honestly, ignore their instagram of highly edited photos and clothes - just stick to a reputable company who care about customers and actually sell good quality items and have a fair and clear refund policy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 3 piece bikini set which was too small so I ordered a bigger size. THEY THEN SENT OUT THE EXACT SAME SIZE BUT CUT OFF THE SIZING LABELS in hope I wouldn’t notice. Why do this?! When you can just refund me and say sorry we don’t have this size in stock. Instead of robbing people money. So disgusting saying you can’t return this item due to its fabric. Won’t be buying again and if I don’t get an email back I will be taking this further! Doesn’t let me add pictures either

Worst clothing company I have ever ordered from. Make it hard to return clothing, ie not giving shipping labels and then when I go to refund ALL of the cheap looking Expensive items they all say non returnable and I'm talking a skirt&top, trousers&top, maxi skirt and shorts!!!!! Why are these items non returnable. Scammers know they're cheap tat will be returned to they make it impossible to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read reviews before ordering. They are a complete shambles. I cancelled my order over a week before they shipped it out. They wouldn’t stop it going told me to return it. I returned immediately. Was told it takes 28 WORKING days for refund!’ Then wouldn’t refund me for a bikini even though it wasn’t opened and I told them not to ship it. Customer service is no. Existent. Currently doing a chargeback through Barclaycard. Companies like this should be shut down by trading standards!’

Read reviews before making an order with sorelle! Awful quality, awful sizes, awful customer service, refusing returns or exchange which is illegal due to online distance selling laws. I paid for a return and they have paid for it to be returned to me again rather than resolving the issue - goes to show how bad their clothes are when they will do anything not to keep them themselves, cheap and tacky will never order from them again do not recommend

SCAM!!! I ordered two dresses from this website and I never received them, I contacted them several times but they never replied, I had to open a claim with my bank.

Everything. !! My daughter purchased a dress unfit for wearing due to the crystal falling off during transit. She has reached out several times and each time told " all complaints and refund emails need to go via info@sorelleuk.com", which is the same email adress that shes been emailing for the past 4 days. The customer service you provide is a absolutley appauling. I am now reaching out to trading standards and Ombudsman as you clearly take peoples money and sell faulty goods that you refuse to refund. Still no refund

Tried to return a few products, they denied the refund, kept the products anyway and charged me £140 whilst denying me ever sending the products back. Talking to a small claims court as we speak.

This company is the most disgusting company i have ever come across. If i could give them zero stars I really would. I was unable to contact my clothes in the timeframe due to A DEATH in my immediate family, sorry, returning was not the fore front of my mind, i did exceed the 14 days but was within 28days of returning the items. They refused to allow me to return my clothes, making me waste my money on sending them back full well knowing they would LIE through their teeth and pretend it was delivered out of the 28days. The customer service team (if this cheap tacky company even has one) are completely unprofessional, uneducated fools behind a keyboard who clearly get satisfaction out of being unreasonable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY. Only a company who sells tacky cheap pieces would make it so difficult for you to return. lol. DISGRACE!!!!! AVOIDDDDDD

What went wrong hec I’ll tell you what went wrong the two dresses I ordered was as transparent as a lacewing insects wing and are terrible quality you get better quality in a box of quality street chocolates. They won’t refund me my 40 pound as the pieces of netted material they like to call a dress are apparently from a range which is non refundable which is a load of poo DONT BUY from this scam site as the pictures of the clothing on the models are not what they seem at all Literally shocking I’ve had better clothes from a charity shop

Never buy from this company they still have items I have ordered in march and refuse to give me my money back - I was suppose to receive two separate orders the first one has still not showed and the second one they sent the wrong items and have just finally emailed be back after months and said they have resolved the matter there is nothing they can do as I should of read the terms and and conditions and they will no longer be responding to me when they owe me £150 !

Absolutely shocking service. i ordered two dresses as a student over £70. (might not seem a lot but for a student it’s a lot lol). i didn’t recieve my order even over the 6 week pre order waiting malarkey. it’s now september and i have still not received my order, nor a non-automated reply to my emails, nor a refund which i requested. i am absolute disgusted by this thieving company. would not recommend and don’t bother emailing they’re all automated and a waste of money and effort.

The worst company I’ve dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional. They literally will ignore all your messages if you have issues with your order. I have been trying to contact them for OVER 2 MONTHS. They are rude and their clothes are terrible quality.

What an awful company, ordered several items for my birthday spending around 170 pound. My first issue was the delivery not sure if it’s there fault or the company they use I’m sure it’s DPD you pay around £6/7.00 for it to take over a week I mean SHEIN is quicker and it’s coming from China. The sizing, I would not bother unless your under a size 12 and are PETITE not very size inclusive at all and I wouldn’t say they’re measurements on the website are particularly accurate I wouldn’t mind either but the average size in the UK is a 16 so you’d think they would cater to more sizes. One example is a two piece set I ordered which included a bodysuit which fit everywhere apart from length ways stated nowhere that it was petite abit ridiculous for it to not even fit over my boobs. Bare in mind I don’t have much there. The main issue is the customer service and just overall quality of the products they sell all beautifully photographed the clothes look pretty deceiving as when they arrive really lack quality. I received a blue leather dress best out of a bad bunch of the outfits as it’s the only thing that fit properly but as I pulled up the second strap it immediately snapped now correct me if I’m wrong but any garment costing £40+ pound SHOULD NOT snap when trying it on, I thought okay it might be me so I’ve tugged on the right hand strap. No give or signs of snapping perfectly sewn onto the dress unlike the other side which simply much have had a loose thread to break so easily mistakenly in there “policy” it states you have to report damages within 24 hours of receiving your items, which is funny really as I emailed them 6 hours after the “24 hour” time limit yet they still didn’t respond until days later after I pestered them on Instagram. For them to turn around and say that because the item wasn’t sent out to me in that condition that I would not be receiving a refund AND the fact I hadn’t messaged them within the 24 hours after arguing back and fourth and the company telling me that “they quality check all there items before being sent out” that it is ME the customers fault that a dress has snapped within 30 seconds of putting it on. I have honestly never felt so offended after providing time stamps of when I received the item and when it was tried on it just feels like some sort of scam, send a faulty item out it breaks and then have no remorse for the customer and essentially accuse them of breaking the strap or wearing the item when this was not the case at all. I even sent video evident of me pulling on the strap after they had sent it back to me with no response. Granted I did not email within the 24 hours slot but 6 hours over and there’s no leeway to comprehend with the customer. No wonder people stick to ordering with big companies sometimes as the entitlement of small business is shocking. Then to top this whole ordeal off, I want to send back the rest of my items as not a single one fit (baring in mind I ordered the largest size) to be told they only give CREDIT NOTES after just being traumatised with the first “broken dress” fiasco. I argue this as it says in there policy they do full refunds and they turn around and say when I ordered that that wasn’t there policy, well it is NOW any reputable company would honour that. I also read the policy when ordering as I’ve had a similar experience with them a few years prior and could of sworn it said they do full refunds or I wouldn’t of bothered to order I now wish I screen shot this as evidence, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and I really wish I never bothered. They have over 500K on Instagram so must be getting a few orders and they’re just totally ripping people off. Personally I would use any other company than this one if you value your money. Just one more thing to add NO free returns which is fine, but when they don’t give refunds when it says it in there policy and there sizing and customer service is rubbish then why would you want to deal with the company? I spent 7 pound to return my items then they expect you to shop again and again returning your stuff back and fourth by the time you’ve found something half decent the credit note they’ve given you is worthless as you’ve spent the same amount sending your returns back!

Had a bad experience with Sorrelle a few months back, sent me the complete wrong item, they then issued me a gift card, I chose another item and this still came wrong. I decided to give them another chance and order from them again, this time I ordered a co ord trouser set but got sent a skirt. I sent several messages to the Instagram who weren’t much help. When asking for a trouser set to be sent out to me I then got told they were out of stock. Shambles

Awful with returns sent back my parcel and said it was over return date when it was not took months to reply to my emails and messages when I said I had not recieved refund or my item as well, would not issue me any sort of compensation I gave them all the proof I had shipped, awful clothes quality and horrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
