I received the item on Monday 2nd September. It was bought for a wedding abroad that I was supposed to go to this weekend. I went on holiday on Wednesday 4th September until Friday 13th September and my son broke his leg on the last day of holiday and therefore, I am now unable to attend the wedding this weekend and no longer require the item. Sorelle UK have a 14 day return window to be eligible for a refund, I sent the item back on Monday 16th September which was the earliest I could send it back as I only got back in the UK on Friday 13th and spent all day in hospital. This was within 10 working days and 14 days in total. Sorelle UK have refused to refund the item saying 'the first day of the refund window, is the same day you receive the parcel' therefore my 'last day of the 14 day refund period was the 15th September' so I can only be given store credit. I have since replied stating that the 15th September is a Sunday and you are unable to send parcels on a Sunday in the UK therefore, Monday was the earliest I could send it back. I have also sent proof of my son with his leg in a cast and proof of my flight times, proving that I could not send the item back any earlier than Monday 16th September. Sorelle UK has ignored this message and decided not to respond. Every other company that I bought or hired items from for the wedding also had to be returned and every single one of them has been really helpful and understanding of my current situation and has provided 100% refund. This company clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or repeat custom, they have zero compassion or empathy. Their system is ridiculous and if they cannot accommodate or waive their rules for something that is out of your control, for such stressful, upsetting circumstances then I wouldn't want to buy from them ever again. I have to take time off work to take care of my son and therefore need as much money as possible to cover the foreseeable and this company could not care less, just because I apparently returned the item ONE day late, even though I have valid reasons, seriously?!. Appalling customer service and they can stuff their store credit. Won't be buying from there again. Avoid.

such a bad experience. the clothes were terrible. Alot of the items cannot be returned even though they look nothing like the photos. I can't see this company remaining solvent for long.

SCAM ALERT STEALS YOUR MONEY. PACKAGE NEVER CAME. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.. STOLE 221$ FROM ME. HAD CONTACT MY BANK DISPUTE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO!!

I will never order from Sorrelle. BE AWARE their returns department decision is final. My daughter returned a dress and they have said it had appeared to have been worn, it hadn’t been worn she literally half tried on as it was too small size M more like a size 6-8. She emailed to see if they had in larger size with no response so had to return within 14 days. Paid £4.99 to return. Was told to pay £6.99 for them to return dress within 7 days or they would dispose of dress!!! Disgusting treatment, after sending various emails back and forward she paid £6.99 for it to returned!!

Rejected my return saying that there was a strong smell. I did not even try on the items as 1 item was the completely incorrect item which I did not order and the second I could tell was awful quality and too small. Hence I sent it back straight away within days of receiving. Spoke to customer service on email and they said I did not report the incorrect item so they can’t do anything and said it still had a strong smell which it clearly would not. Disgusting company scamming people of hard earned money.

Received a product that was unsatisfactory, not as described, and not fit for purpose. Requested a refund under the consumers rights act, and they refused to refund the delivery costs and required a delivery cost to return and a standard return fee on top, this equated to over half of the cost of the product. I disagreed that in this case I should be responsible for paying to return an item that is as described as above. Email correspondence then stopped completely. Customer service is awful and their product was highly poor quality.

Shocking company, returned an item in perfect condition to be told that i wasn’t eligible for a refund due to “marks “ on the item although it was never worn. Manager argued with me on email rather than supporting me as a customer. £60 wasted on 1 dress I don’t even have.

Absolutely not recommended. I placed an order, ut never arrived. I contacted support, by email and on instagram, no assistance was provided. On the tracking website provided it appears as adelivery attempt was made (no one ever contacted me, no message was left, zero).

If I could give -10 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered a dress that can broken. Took 9 weeks for me to get my exchange of the exact same dress. When the dress arrived, it was NOT the same size as the first dress sent. Despite sending photo evidence of it being different, they told me I was wrong and too No accountability for sending me a dress that was definitely not an XS. It was at least an L. Very condescending customer service person on instagram. Not helpful at all. Horrible quality clothes. Definitely do not purchase from this horrible rude company. They WILL NOT help you if something goes wrong. I thew the dress in the bin. Disgusting.

AVOID - Scam company? Absolutely terrible customer service & products - do not waste your money or time! Terrible company of which I believe is a scam - sent me 2 terrible quality swimsuits (one without even a hygiene sticker in it) which I did not even bother to try on as they looked so badly made, not double-lined etc, and I did not trust the one without a hygiene sticker was not already a return - I emailed to query all of this and didn't hear back from them for 10 days. Bear in mind they had not stated the swimwear was non returnable on the item's description (and they admitted this via email) - I sent both items back (not free returns either!) in the meantime to keep within their returns policy, and they emailed me to say they would not accept them and would either charge me to return the items back to my address or would destroy the items (yeah right - they will resell them!) despite the fact they choose to sell swimwear without hygiene labels, which is gross. Their responses by email were rude, and unprofessional - I cited the sales of goods act below but they chose to ignore. '13 Sale by description. (1)Where there is a contract for the sale of goods by description, there is an implied [F9term] that the goods will correspond with the description.' Honestly, ignore their instagram of highly edited photos and clothes - just stick to a reputable company who care about customers and actually sell good quality items and have a fair and clear refund policy.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 3 piece bikini set which was too small so I ordered a bigger size. THEY THEN SENT OUT THE EXACT SAME SIZE BUT CUT OFF THE SIZING LABELS in hope I wouldn’t notice. Why do this?! When you can just refund me and say sorry we don’t have this size in stock. Instead of robbing people money. So disgusting saying you can’t return this item due to its fabric. Won’t be buying again and if I don’t get an email back I will be taking this further! Doesn’t let me add pictures either

Worst clothing company I have ever ordered from. Make it hard to return clothing, ie not giving shipping labels and then when I go to refund ALL of the cheap looking Expensive items they all say non returnable and I'm talking a skirt&top, trousers&top, maxi skirt and shorts!!!!! Why are these items non returnable. Scammers know they're cheap tat will be returned to they make it impossible to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read reviews before ordering. They are a complete shambles. I cancelled my order over a week before they shipped it out. They wouldn’t stop it going told me to return it. I returned immediately. Was told it takes 28 WORKING days for refund!’ Then wouldn’t refund me for a bikini even though it wasn’t opened and I told them not to ship it. Customer service is no. Existent. Currently doing a chargeback through Barclaycard. Companies like this should be shut down by trading standards!’

Read reviews before making an order with sorelle! Awful quality, awful sizes, awful customer service, refusing returns or exchange which is illegal due to online distance selling laws. I paid for a return and they have paid for it to be returned to me again rather than resolving the issue - goes to show how bad their clothes are when they will do anything not to keep them themselves, cheap and tacky will never order from them again do not recommend

Everything. !! My daughter purchased a dress unfit for wearing due to the crystal falling off during transit. She has reached out several times and each time told " all complaints and refund emails need to go via info@sorelleuk.com", which is the same email adress that shes been emailing for the past 4 days. The customer service you provide is a absolutley appauling. I am now reaching out to trading standards and Ombudsman as you clearly take peoples money and sell faulty goods that you refuse to refund. Still no refund

Tried to return a few products, they denied the refund, kept the products anyway and charged me £140 whilst denying me ever sending the products back. Talking to a small claims court as we speak.
