"Absolutely shocking service. i ordered two dresses as a student over \u00a370. (might not seem a lot but for a student it\u2019s a lot lol). i didn\u2019t recieve my order even over the 6 week pre order waiting malarkey. it\u2019s now september and i have still not received my order, nor a non-automated reply to my emails, nor a refund which i requested. i am absolute disgusted by this thieving company. would not recommend and don\u2019t bother emailing they\u2019re all automated and a waste of money and effort."

"What an awful company, ordered several items for my birthday spending around 170 pound. My first issue was the delivery not sure if it\u2019s there fault or the company they use I\u2019m sure it\u2019s DPD you pay around \u00a36\/7.00 for it to take over a week I mean SHEIN is quicker and it\u2019s coming from China. The sizing, I would not bother unless your under a size 12 and are PETITE not very size inclusive at all and I wouldn\u2019t say they\u2019re measurements on the website are particularly accurate I wouldn\u2019t mind either but the average size in the UK is a 16 so you\u2019d think they would cater to more sizes. One example is a two piece set I ordered which included a bodysuit which fit everywhere apart from length ways stated nowhere that it was petite abit ridiculous for it to not even fit over my boobs. Bare in mind I don\u2019t have much there. The main issue is the customer service and just overall quality of the products they sell all beautifully photographed the clothes look pretty deceiving as when they arrive really lack quality. I received a blue leather dress best out of a bad bunch of the outfits as it\u2019s the only thing that fit properly but as I pulled up the second strap it immediately snapped now correct me if I\u2019m wrong but any garment costing \u00a340+ pound SHOULD NOT snap when trying it on, I thought okay it might be me so I\u2019ve tugged on the right hand strap. No give or signs of snapping perfectly sewn onto the dress unlike the other side which simply much have had a loose thread to break so easily mistakenly in there \u201cpolicy\u201d it states you have to report damages within 24 hours of receiving your items, which is funny really as I emailed them 6 hours after the \u201c24 hour\u201d time limit yet they still didn\u2019t respond until days later after I pestered them on Instagram. For them to turn around and say that because the item wasn\u2019t sent out to me in that condition that I would not be receiving a refund AND the fact I hadn\u2019t messaged them within the 24 hours after arguing back and fourth and the company telling me that \u201cthey quality check all there items before being sent out\u201d that it is ME the customers fault that a dress has snapped within 30 seconds of putting it on. I have honestly never felt so offended after providing time stamps of when I received the item and when it was tried on it just feels like some sort of scam, send a faulty item out it breaks and then have no remorse for the customer and essentially accuse them of breaking the strap or wearing the item when this was not the case at all. I even sent video evident of me pulling on the strap after they had sent it back to me with no response. Granted I did not email within the 24 hours slot but 6 hours over and there\u2019s no leeway to comprehend with the customer. No wonder people stick to ordering with big companies sometimes as the entitlement of small business is shocking. Then to top this whole ordeal off, I want to send back the rest of my items as not a single one fit (baring in mind I ordered the largest size) to be told they only give CREDIT NOTES after just being traumatised with the first \u201cbroken dress\u201d fiasco. I argue this as it says in there policy they do full refunds and they turn around and say when I ordered that that wasn\u2019t there policy, well it is NOW any reputable company would honour that. I also read the policy when ordering as I\u2019ve had a similar experience with them a few years prior and could of sworn it said they do full refunds or I wouldn\u2019t of bothered to order I now wish I screen shot this as evidence, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and I really wish I never bothered. They have over 500K on Instagram so must be getting a few orders and they\u2019re just totally ripping people off. Personally I would use any other company than this one if you value your money. Just one more thing to add NO free returns which is fine, but when they don\u2019t give refunds when it says it in there policy and there sizing and customer service is rubbish then why would you want to deal with the company? I spent 7 pound to return my items then they expect you to shop again and again returning your stuff back and fourth by the time you\u2019ve found something half decent the credit note they\u2019ve given you is worthless as you\u2019ve spent the same amount sending your returns back!"

Few days later said they didn't make a mistake and will only issue a credit and no refund for $25 return shipping. Payed $132 in total to receive and return this dress to receive a $100 store credit. Not reliable company. Replied to my emails a week at a time. This site is risky. If you think you might return something don't bother with this site. Will lose a lot of money."

"They are really unprofessional !! When you get People\u2019s money the least you can do is reply to their emails ! I\u2019m seeing a lot of bad reviews that I didn\u2019t see in their Instagram account, probably they deleted every bad reviews to scam people !\r\nI ordered it\u2019s been 10 days and until now I can\u2019t track my package and no reply on their side ! And they made me pay for protection of package and nothing !\r\nThey just sent an automatic response saying I have to wait 7 days for an email response who does that !"
