Breaking the Law Avoiding their LEGAL obligations regarding distance selling. My daughter returned items - as per the LAW - requesting a complete refund. It was done within the LEGAL time limit and within the LAW. All they offered was a gift card - which is AGAINST the law. This was confirmed by Citizen's Advice: "In regards to Consumer Contract Regulations, this gives you a 14 day cancellation period when you purchase goods from a distance. In regards to the refund, this should be paid to you with in 14 days of the date the refund is agreed and via the SAME PAYMENT METHOD" £79.04 is a LOT OF MONEY to be ripped off with. When I try to comment on the facebook, twitter & instagram accounts of sorelle's owners - who are easy to find online - they delete comments and block me. Like and share the MANY bad reviews of them to all your instagram, twitter and facebook accounts. Shame them into doing the right thing. Stop others being ripped off.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a two-piece set in a size medium, could fit the bottom half on no problem, couldn't even get the top half on. Considering that most of their models have huge fake boobs, I find it incredibly hard to believe that they are fitting into even the biggest size available. I returned back to them within 6 days expecting a refund and was issued with store credit (which I will obviously not be using). I have been quite literally bombarding them daily via email & social to have a refund processed but it has now gotten to the stage where I have had to raise a case with PayPal, report them to trading standards, and initiate a chargeback via my card provider. Do not buy from this company - they are just a bunch of scammers who will do anything they can to hold onto your money (embarrassing). They are also late in filing their company accounts with companies house, which is a big red flag for a company who are going bust or doing something dodgy. Fake positive reviews, subpar quality clothing, inaccurate sizing / advertising of sizing & absolutely horrific customer service.

If you’re thinking of purchasing then let’s hope it fits and you’re happy with it because you’re screwed otherwise. They don’t offer refunds, credit note only. They ignore your comments on social media, take forever to reply to emails, don’t refund you & when they do finally reply to emails it’s a sarcastic email. Probably the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time which is a shame. I am most unhappy about the service and the way they’ve handled (or failed to handle) my issue however, the products were also very disappointing. I ordered their “Abbie Metallic cardigan dress” and I was gutted because it was absolute nothing like the pictures, no way on earth you could wear it as a dress, it’s a cardigan unlike the pictures. Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else, the customer service team are absolutely dire.

Bunch of crooks - they SHOULD be reported and NOT allowed to trade. Fashion Nova had a lawsuit against them for the same rubbish they are trying. Contact me on @xurrent if you want to see if we can do the same - just for the principle I can’t stand a thief esp in the current climate when people work so hard for their money.

The worst company i have ever dealt with!!!!!! If i could give this minus stars i would!!! I have proof of all below correspondence. On 26th September 17.41pm I ordered a dress from Sorelle UK, total £31.74. On Monday 30th September I tracked my order on Hermes using the number they had provided and saw that it was ‘with your courier’. The status stayed like this and has not changed since, I was at home sick and no delivery was attempted. I sent an email on Wednesday 2nd October asking Sorelle UK to let me know when I could expect my order, no reply. I sent a further email on Thursday 3rd October asking the same thing. This time I received a reply telling me that my order had been delivered, also supplying the tracking number that I had been using all week that clearly showed the status as ‘with your courier’. I responded letting them know that it hadn’t been delivered and they replied once again insisting that it had and that once they could see it had been delivered that there was nothing further they could do for me and no further options. I then asked them to provide me with a time of delivery, a signature, proof of GPS location for the driver or proof that it had been left in a safe place. At this point I also sent them a screen shot showing them the status on Hermes as ‘with your courier’. Their reply simply stated that it hadn’t been left in a safe place, they ignored all requests for proof of delivery. They stated: ‘Delivery has been made, tracking states delivered which is all we need and no further correspondence will be given.’ I then sent 4 further emails, getting no response to any of them. I told them that I do not accept their response and that I wanted a replacement or a refund right away. During this time I had left numerous complaints on Instagram and Facebook – I was blocked on both and all my comments were deleted as well as those by my friends and family members. The company responded to one comment telling me they had spoken to Hermes and they had provided her with GPS proof that the parcel had been delivered - COMPLETE LIE. I also raised a complaint on ‘Resolver’ and Sorelle UK responded on this with a blank email which meant I was unable to escalate this any further without their cooperation! I sent an email to the Retail Ombudsmen who were also unable to help me as Sorelle UK are not on their list as registered. I would have had to ask them to cooperate and be investigated, which of course they wouldn’t have. By this time I’d got a response from the complaint I sent into Hermes, they were extremely helpful and confirmed that my parcel had been lost and not delivered. They sent me proof of this. They let me know that Sorelle UK could get in touch with them and they’d reimburse them. They couldn’t reimburse me as their contract was with Sorelle UK, it would then be up to Sorelle UK to reimburse me. I took this information and emailed Sorelle UK, giving them a chance to make this right. I included the proof from Hermes that it hadn’t been delivered and hoped this would finally be resolved. Their reply was: Hello, You are emailing Sorelle UK customer service, this issue has been resolved. No further emails will be replied to. ‘ I found one of their personal Instagram pages (that i have now been blocked on too) and sent a message. Their reply was very rude , telling me that she ‘had staff’ to deal with this and wished me a very sarcastic good luck with trying to get my money back from them. I have screenshots of it all. I cannot explain how angry I am that they think they are able to get away with this. It is their legal responsibility to ensure my parcel is delivered and if it’s not to contact the courier and solve the issue. I have had to do all the liaising, I am out of pocket and without the dress that I ordered. I have reported this to Watch Dog and various other platforms and will not stop until I get my money back. I made that very clear to them... ANYBODY ELSE IN MY POSITION, ASK YOUR BANK TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION - THIS COMPANY DOESNT HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON!

Worst clothing company I have ever ordered from. Make it hard to return clothing, ie not giving shipping labels and then when I go to refund ALL of the cheap looking Expensive items they all say non returnable and I'm talking a skirt&top, trousers&top, maxi skirt and shorts!!!!! Why are these items non returnable. Scammers know they're cheap tat will be returned to they make it impossible to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read reviews before ordering. They are a complete shambles. I cancelled my order over a week before they shipped it out. They wouldn’t stop it going told me to return it. I returned immediately. Was told it takes 28 WORKING days for refund!’ Then wouldn’t refund me for a bikini even though it wasn’t opened and I told them not to ship it. Customer service is no. Existent. Currently doing a chargeback through Barclaycard. Companies like this should be shut down by trading standards!’

Read reviews before making an order with sorelle! Awful quality, awful sizes, awful customer service, refusing returns or exchange which is illegal due to online distance selling laws. I paid for a return and they have paid for it to be returned to me again rather than resolving the issue - goes to show how bad their clothes are when they will do anything not to keep them themselves, cheap and tacky will never order from them again do not recommend

Tried to return a few products, they denied the refund, kept the products anyway and charged me £140 whilst denying me ever sending the products back. Talking to a small claims court as we speak.

This company is the most disgusting company i have ever come across. If i could give them zero stars I really would. I was unable to contact my clothes in the timeframe due to A DEATH in my immediate family, sorry, returning was not the fore front of my mind, i did exceed the 14 days but was within 28days of returning the items. They refused to allow me to return my clothes, making me waste my money on sending them back full well knowing they would LIE through their teeth and pretend it was delivered out of the 28days. The customer service team (if this cheap tacky company even has one) are completely unprofessional, uneducated fools behind a keyboard who clearly get satisfaction out of being unreasonable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY. Only a company who sells tacky cheap pieces would make it so difficult for you to return. lol. DISGRACE!!!!! AVOIDDDDDD

They don’t answer emails. I ordered two of the same outfit but they only actually sent one yet the note inside claimed there was two so I have to pay for both as I can’t prove they didn’t send it (which they did not!) material is very poor quality. Also I ordered a lot of bikinis which don’t fit and I can’t send them back as they don’t accept returns! These were terrible quality also. Now I have a over £100 of bikinis I won’t wear and have to keep. They don’t like to give you your money back at all so if you do send anything back they’ll issue a credit note in this day and age. Seriously don’t waste your money.

Initially I ordered an outfit and was not told until the day of delivery it was in fact out of stock. I’d paid 7 pound for quick delivery. So I re ordered and paid again. Neither item came next day as specified they each took around a week and they refused to refund postage. The quality of the clothes when they arrived was horrible. So thin worst quality I’ve experienced. I then returned them and they refused to give me store credit on an item as they said it was returned late even though they delivered to me a week late. They only gave me store credit for the other item. I haven’t been sent back the rejected item (due to ‘late’ return) so they have stole from me. I have been trying to get consistent contact from customer service for two months and it’s so slow as they clearly have intentions of keeping my money and the clothing which is unfair on anyone. The customer service team are also rude when told they clothes are poor quality. Would never give any more money to this brand. Worst I’ve ever experienced theyll steal your money as it’s the only way they can make money because the clothing is awful. I’m purely going to spend the store credit so they can’t keep even more of my money for nothing in return.

I found a cute dress on this site so I ordered it. Took a month to arrive, no one answers your emails. Upon receiving the dress, it felt like it was cut from a stocking, one adjustment and the whole thing would probably rip. It’s also completely see through and should not be worn out in public. You can find similar clothes on shein for way less and better quality. I would not suggest purchasing from here, you’d never get a response even if you did decide to return it.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY! I’d give no stars if I could. Poor quality clothes that you can find 1/4 of the price on SHEIN. Terrible customer service. Unclear return policy but despite returning they won’t return your money and won’t respond to your messages or emails. The girl is RUDE just reads your messages n don’t reply but can post daily on her story. Do not waste your time buying from Sorelle absolutely shocking service and having to claim money back through my bank as I returned 1st class recorded through Royal Mail and was confirmed it was delivered next day but they told me to wait 20 days for returns.. I did n now they blanking n ignoring messages. Been more than patient but this is actually disgusting behaviour from this brand. Will never order from them again. Still owe me £150 the dirty theives! WORST COMPANY GOING. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’ve never had such problems with a company or been treated so poorly!!!! After sending a return back worth £125 on April 27th, they have since constantly fobbed me off with different excuses and now on MAY 31st they are completely ignoring me!! They have not processed this return which has left me out of pocket. I am absolutely disgusted with their service and I will never ever use this company and please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The clothes are CHEAP, threads hanging off, stitches done wrong I only kept one co ord as it took 2 weeks to come and I needed it for my night out as it took that long I didn’t have a choice! The staff are rude, unhelpful are disrespectful - I hope they get the karma they deserve.

Items look nothing like the website and the size guide is awful.. I’m a size 8 ordered a medium and that was still too small I got ahold and them and was told to return items then we would go from there Well I Have reached out both via email and Instagram and heard nothing since sending all four of my items back with their say so… The items were signed for by the company and have proof of signature and address as I sent back tracked next day signed for You’d think they’d want you to buy again and just hope it was a one off mistake.. wrong! Terrible customer service would not recommend
